As a resident of Chester, you now have the chance to win the very first copy of the Chester edition of Monopoly, with it being awarded at a special VIP event.
As you would expect, the new edition of the game features the same rules as the traditional board game, but instead of the usual iconic London locations, players will instead buy, sell and trade prominent places from around the city of Chester, which has a rich history in addition to a strong sense of community and commerce.
To enter, residents must write about why they love Chester in 25 words or less and email their entry to VIP@6StarPR.co.uk by September 30. Winning Moves UK’s Custom Games Executive, Yasmin East, explained:
“The most inventive and creative entry will win.”
The winner will be awarded the copy, which is to be autographed by prominent figures in Chester, at a special launch event. This is set to attract a considerable crowd to one of the iconic locations featured on the board game itself, and the winner will be the star of the show. Mr. Monopoly himself will also be coming from London, however, and guests at the event will have the opportunity to meet him.
